The Outsider
The Outsider was that the narrative of David Ross. Darren McGavin played Ross, a person living in a off-beatworld. The series aired for one season on NBC and has been a precursor of sorts to The Rockford Files in that it featured a loner private-detective who'd done time in prison for a crime he didn't commit and that never quite fit to a fast changing ecosystem.
