The long, cold winter has hit New England, although the blue fin tuna season has come to a finish in Gloucester, Mass., it's just getting started at the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After having a disappointing season, a few of Gloucester's greatest anglers head south to attempt until they are beaten by the skilled locals into the catch to salvage their finances by angling for the tuna in unfamiliar Carolina oceans.
