Sammy and shepherding hatchlings Ray, leatherback turtles and friends forever, are appreciating the sand and water of an atoll and Ella outside to sea. A poacher ships them off and swoops in to participate in a aquarium series for tourists in Dubai. Large D the sea horse, the kingpin of this place, enlists them into his plans for a great escape.
