Eddie is a con artist. This is what people say about Eddie. But this time, he's been framed and has to go before a judge. It's his goal to get off the hook by saying he's crazy. His luck runs out and he ends up in the hospital for a mental check-up. That night, a storm hits New York, and the electricity to the hospital is out. Chaos ensues, and Eddie is taken for a doctor in the midst of all of it. He is now in charge of a whole hospital.
