A weird medical examination of a naked woman by multiple doctors and scientists reveals that their latest test subject committed suicide prior to giving birth to one of the mutant animals they had implanted in her body. So, an investigation team of scientists (along with a gigantic human mutant cyclops beast) travels to the city streets in search of a new donor/victim in the form of a young girl. Gore and Z-Grade mayhem ensue.
