As a Vietnam veteran just freed from prison, Buck (Gary Busey) has a story to tell. When he returns to his hometown, he is shocked to see a biker gang terrorizing the village. When the bikers kill his wife and traumatize his daughter, Buck and his pals arm themselves to the teeth and wage war against the gang in an effort to bring them to justice.
