"FLOWERS" is a three-generational story about six women (from the Show period all the way through to the present day). Rin (Yu Aoi) has been concerned about her parents' arranged marriage since the 1930s. Rin has three daughters: Kaoru (Yuko Takeuchi), who sadly loses her spouse in a vehicle accident, Midori (Rena Tanaka), a career lady shocked by a marriage proposal, and Sato, the youngest kid (Yukie Nakama). Kanna (Kyoka Suzuki) and Kei (Sato) are born in the 1960s (Ryoko Hirosue). Kanna is now concerned about becoming a single mother in the present time. These women's lives are depicted in a beautiful and graceful manner.
