Jakob the Liar
In 1944 Poland, a shopkeeper called Jakob is summoned to ghetto headquarters. Jakob overhears a radio broadcast approximately Russian troop movements while waiting to its Kommondant. Returned to the ghetto, the shopkeeper shares his advice with a companion and then rumors fly there's a radio within the ghetto.
