King of the Children
An unschooled young man, one of the plenty of victims of Mao's Cultural Change, is labouring in the countryside when he is all of a sudden assigned to educate in a near-by town institution. Slowly, he finds the self-confidence to ditch the Maoist textbook as well as urge the barely literate children to blog about their very own lives and feelings. At the same time, via a collection of dream-like conferences with a young cowherd, he begins to notice the opportunities of a life past the parameters of traditional education and learning.
