McBain
Santos attempts to lead a popular uprising in Colombia in order to depose Presidente. When his revolt fails and he is killed, his sister Christina travels to New York in search of McBain, a lieutenant rescued by Santos during the Vietnam War. McBain agrees to assist, recruits old war buddies, raises funds by killing a few drug dealers, and then leads an attack to destabilize Colombia's government.
