It's been a long time since Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell, dubbed 'The Chain Breakers,' escaped from a Vietnamese POW camp. They are presently housed in the Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. Each of the boys has an unfulfilled dream that they wish to accomplish. As a result, they band together in order to formulate a strategy for escaping this new nightmare.
