Aliah Rupawala, 24, is a Bohri Muslim girl from a traditional family. She discreetly joins a Suicide Prevention Counsellor, and on her first day, she meets a 52-year-old guy who is going to leap from a high-rise terrace. As she tries to bring him down, she is forced to address why she became a Suicide Prevention Counsellor in the first place, as well as share a lot of herself in order for him to share and open up. Going all in to save him, she learns to deal with and release her loneliness and loss in order to help the caller do the same. In the process, she heals not only her own heart, but also the heart of the man who has called, a man who has been a Suicide Prevention Counsellor for 15 years.
