Another gigantic kaiju was destroyed in Yomama Bay, Japan, in 1962. Prof. Hiro Honda saves her offspring, transporting the enigmatic red egg to the safe haven of Cincinnati, Ohio. As the aircraft approaches, he flushes the egg down the toilet by accident. It's washed away in the Ohio River. Dr. Blowheart and his assistant, Dr. Shirley Yujest, discover the egg shortly after it is shattered by nuclear testing. Prof. Honda soon appears and informs the two that the egg contains a living Notzillasaurus Partiontilldon. He says that as long as the creature is not introduced to alcohol, it will remain little. If it is, however, it will swell to hundreds of times its original size and assault the nearest city.
