Second Chance Christmas
Lawrence goes through a number of emotions after relocating with his mother and soon-to-be father. Six months after his mother and new "father" are married. His mother is taken away from him. It's not easy on Maise's husband, either. Later, he recognizes that he is incapable of dealing with Lawrence and seeks placement for him in a foster family, which he is unsuccessful in obtaining. Lawrence will have to stay for a couple of more days before he can depart on his own. Lawrence's father recognizes that Lawrence is a wonderful child during those days.
