An English researcher runs away from a research center with an atomic bomb. In a letter sent to the British Prime Minister he intimidates to blow up the center of London if the Federal government don't introduce completion of any study in this area within a week. Special agents from Scotland Lawn try to quit him, with assistance from the scientist's assistant future son-in-law to locate as well as quit the crazy man.
