Maggie, a successful entrepreneur, goes home for a will reading and learns she has inherited half of her aunt's renowned maple candy company. What she doesn't understand is why Dex, Aunt Dee's maple supplier, got the other half of the business. Maggie and Dex look through a series of letters Aunt Dee left for the reason for her aunt's final wishes, which coincides with the town's Sweet Autumn Fest.
