In legendary Chen Village, everybody is a martial arts master, using their powerful Chen Style Tai Chi in every aspects of their own lives. The villagers are forbidden to teach Chen Style to outsiders, and also do their best to dissuade him by challenging him, although lu Chan has came to teach. Everyone else, from men to small children, defeats their taichi moves being used by him. However, when a man from the village's past yields with a terrifying steam powered machine and plans to establish a railway through the village at some costs, the villagers realize they might not have any choice except to get their faith at Lu Chan... with a covert power of his own.
