Team Marco
As a 12-year-old boy, Marco spends most of his time staring at his iPad. Marco's life is flipped upside down when his grandma dies and his grandfather moves in, and he's forced to play outside. Bocce ball is introduced to him by "Nonno" (Grandpa), who also introduces him to a group of older Italian guys who play every day at the local court. When Marco's grandfather and his pals challenge Marco's team of neighborhood kids, he gathers a group of individuals he can relate to via sports, fun, and love.
