When NATO soldiers left Afghanistan, the Afghan National Army (ANA) took charge of Helmand Province, a perilous area frequented by Taliban fighters. In a country where everyone distrusts each other, finding common ground seems impossible. The filmmakers accompanied an ANA company for a year in Helmand. Insufficient supplies and inferior equipment plague the soldiers. They can't fight a war with ISAF's equipment.
