The Fighter
Ryan Travers (Richard Norton) was recently released from a Thai prison after serving a five-year sentence for murder. His parents, who were running an antique shop in the area while waiting for their son's release, are killed in an explosion carried out by the local mob after refusing to pay protection money. Ryan's bad news gets worse when he learns that his sister Katie (Erica Van Wagener) is critically ill and will require surgery. Ryan, with only a dead end job at a construction site after his release, learns about a local underground fight ring and decides to join in order to raise money for his sister's medical bills and to seek vengeance.
