The Lady Gambles
When Joan Boothe travels to Las Vegas with her husband, reporter David, she begins gambling to kill time while he is working on a story. She becomes addicted to gambling after being encouraged by the casino manager, and she "borrows" David's expense money to fund her addiction. Their marriage is finally over, but David continues to try to help her.
