Looking to cash in on the popularity of Steven Spielberg's Megahits E.T. and Raiders of the Lost Ark, Hongkong schlockmeister Wong Jing directs this Bead Around Andy who, Together with buddies Pin-pin and Pancho ventures to Greece to find his long lost friend Shen. They soon discover Shen is being calmed equally by the KGB and by Interpol after detecting several gems in an archaeological dig. Andy pops back in Hong Kong with the stones, and that, it turns out, is not gems but instead an alien life style. Meanwhile Karov, a wicked magician, is hell bent on putting his hands onto the gem/alien irrespective of what.
