An urn is found in a cemetery outside Rome. Once opened, it triggers a sequence of violent incidents: murders, rapes and robberies increase while several mysterious , women originating from throughout the globe are gathering in the city. The yield of Mater Lacrimarum, the past of three witches who were spreading death and terror for countless decades causes all these events. Alone against a military of demons and psychos, Sarah Mandy, an art student who seems to possess supernatural abilities of its own, could be from ruining Rome the only person left to protect against the Mother of Tears.
