The cops are stumped. They must contend with a serial killer who has set his sights on martial arts instructors. One by one, people are brutally murdered. This could be Detective Linda Masterson's first opportunity to work on a murder case. Sgt. Tarek Richards, a fellow martial artist, joins her on the job. They must now locate a tiger style master, as the killer clearly employs tiger style kung fu. Because tiger is such an ancient and rare style, it's not an easy task.
