Spring, a born loser, is attacked by a vampire and saved by three street cleaners. His awakening finds him in the middle of a rubbish collection station, which happens to be one of the government's top-secret sites. He finds out he has an unusual resistance to vampire attack, which makes him a great candidate to be an agent for the covert organization known as the Vampire Cleanup Department.
