On the hottest day of the year, an unidentified virus spreads throughout inner-city Philly. The contaminated targets, crazed by dehydration, begin assaulting various other homeowners of the area in gruesome means. When the armed force is brought in to include the situation, but understand they can't think of a vaccination rapidly sufficient, they partition the area and allow everyone die.
