Max Flatow is a social miscreant with a knack for making homemade explosives. When he grows tired of them, he flees his home, only to reappear seven years later as Max Frost, the world's most popular entertainer. When Congressman John Fergus employs Frost as a political ploy to gain the youth vote in his Senate campaign, Frost wills himself into the system, gaining new rights for the young. Frost decides to run for president at some point.
