Frank, a retired Irish seaman, and Walter, a retired Cuban barber, are two lonesome old men trapped in the vacuum of their own lives. When they fulfill in a park Frank has the ability to start a discussion after a number of efforts. They start to hang out together as well as become buddies. But because of their various personalities they typically quarrel with each other and finally seperate after Frank misbehaves to Walter's friend Elaine.
