Sammy and shepherding hatchlings Ray, leatherback turtles and friends forever, are appreciating the sand and water of an atoll and Ella outside to sea. A poacher ships them off and swoops in to participate in a aquarium series for tourists in Dubai. Large D the sea horse, the kingpin of this place, enlists them into his plans for a great escape. But using their new friends Jimbo Annabel the sweet Octopus and Lulu the lobster that is snippy, the bug-eyed blob fish, and also a group of penguins, Ray and also Sammy hatch break out plans in their own.
