Frontier
Frontier is an American Western anthology series which aired on NBC to September 1956. The series focuses on the settlement of the American West's hazards and deemphasizes gun-play. It was only the second anthology Western series in history, having been preceded by Death Valley Times.
Frontier aired premiered on September 25, 1955, and ran occasionally in its past five weeks. Walter Coy starred in occasional episodes, which can be dramatizations based on actual events and narrated that the string. Worthington Miner created the program.
