Inspector Joshi can be actually just a grieving father when she was six, searching for his daughter Aruna. In his grief, life converges with a recurring fantasy where Joshi pursues a figure who directs him to'Paradise', a night club where teenaged girls dance to a leering crowd. He is convinced he will discover Aruna there and promises to bring her back into Leela, his wife.
